About the role
The LATAM Channel Director will lead the GoToMarket strategy for the Latin American region, focusing on expanding the company's market presence through strategic partnerships and channel development. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and strong leadership skills to drive growth.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the LATAM go-to-market strategy, including channel partnerships and sales initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the Latin American market.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of the LATAM strategy.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Proven track record of successful channel management and partnership building.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization and with external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
