Lash Stylist - Esthetician

About the role

The Lash Lounge at Arizona Center in Phoenix is hiring a full-time Lash Stylist. As part of the nation's most luxurious salon brand for lash and brow treatments, you will deliver services including eyelash extension full sets and refills, lash lifts, threading, and more. You will work under the direct leadership of a licensed esthetician and multi-location beauty business owner, upholding high professional standards across all Lash Lounge locations.

This role offers a clear growth path with three stylist levels, pay increases, and the opportunity to become a Lash Stylist Trainer—qualifying you to onboard and train new stylists across our locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension full sets and refills, lash lifts, threading, and other services
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand at all times
• Engage in retail sales as a required part of the role
• Educate guests on services and product recommendations
• Work independently within a structured, high-volume, appointment-based environment
• Uphold brand standards and salon policies
• Deliver a positive guest experience with genuine care

Requirements

• Active Arizona cosmetology or esthetics license
• Full-time commitment; no outside lash work or independent clients permitted during employment
• Saturday availability every week
• Reliability and punctuality—excessive call-offs are grounds for termination
• Ability to work independently and adhere to a structured system
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Willingness to sign a 1-year employment agreement and a non-solicitation agreement (guest relationships belong to The Lash Lounge)

Pay

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time position with the following shifts:

• AM shift: 8:00am - 2:00pm
• PM shift: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am - 6:00pm (1-hour break included)

Saturday availability is required. The salon is closed on Sundays.
