COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly wage plus tips during the certification training process.
Paid time off is available.
Generous commission plan on all ancillary services, eyelash extension services, retail cosmetic products, membership sales, and add-on services.
Potential for bonuses for monthly/quarterly sales goals.
After corporate certification, pay may range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year.
$250.00 sign-on bonus after corporate certification.

REQUIREMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COSMETOLOGIST OR ESTHETICIAN

• Active Kentucky Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Lashing experience (preferred but not necessary)
• Motivated to learn new techniques and has excellent attention to detail
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
• Enjoys working independently, yet enjoys working in a team environment
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

• Job Type: Full Time - 35 - 40 hours per week
• Salon Hours are: Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday - Closed
