About the role
The Lash Lounge in Odessa, FL is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Eyelash Extension Service Technicians for its upscale location in the Shoppes at Starkey Crossing. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience with lash extensions and possess excellent client service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make-up procedures.
- Educate clients on products and services offered.
- Engage and retain customers through excellent customer service.
- Up-sell products and services to enhance earnings.
- Work professionally with the public and maintain a positive attitude.
- Form strong working relationships within the team and assist others as needed.
- Continuously learn and improve personal skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Active Florida Cosmetology/Esthetics License.
- One year of experience with lash extensions service.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable educating clients on products and services offered.
- A great work ethic, well organized, and extremely detail-oriented.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make-up procedures.
- Pass a background check and obtain blood pathogen and CPR training.
- Complete Lash Lounge Required Training.
