About the Role

Bring your positive attitude and lash extension skills to join our team. We offer an extensive training program for licensed cosmetologists or estheticians who need lash training. Eyelash certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform lash artistry and tinting services
• Upsell products and services
• Check clients in and out
• Engage customers with world-class service
• Maintain sanitation and industry standards
• Perform additional duties as required
• Learn lash application techniques specific to Deka Lash
• Market skills in the community and promote Deka Lash
• Book lash models during the training period
• Discuss lash membership and product options with clients to meet monthly sales goals
• Monitor client book and be prompt and present for appointments
• Work weekends and evenings as needed
• Participate in studio cleaning activities
• Continuously learn, grow, and perfect skills
• Consult and design appropriate lash styles based on client preference and need
• Educate clients on Deka Lash retail products and home care for eyelash extensions
• Provide frequent education and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or esthetician license
• Willingness to learn and grow

Pay

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
