Laser Technician - Medical Spa Esthetician

About the role

At Regevity Medspa, we believe confidence is beautiful and are seeking an experienced esthetician who enjoys giving clients that confidence boost. You’ll work with state‑of‑the‑art medical aesthetic lasers from Venus Concepts, Sofwave, Aerolase, Dermapen World and Hydrafacial, and receive full in‑house training in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. Our team cheers each other on, and we offer a paycheck that finally makes sense.

Responsibilities

• Performing laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments
• Getting to know your clients, hearing their goals, and recommending the treatments that will get them there
• Building relationships that turn first‑time visitors into regulars who ask for you by name
• Celebrating wins with your team as you meet and exceed sales goals together

Requirements

• Hold a current Esthetician license in your state (required)
• Have experience as an esthetician; medspa or laser experience is a big plus
• Are truly passionate about the beauty industry and helping people feel their best
• Are a people person who thrives in a busy, upbeat environment
• Are a team player, through and through
• Enjoy recommending treatments you believe in and hitting your goals
• Are available evenings and Saturdays (required)

Pay

$20–$25 base rate per hour depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus. Technicians average $24–$32 per hour including base pay and the average monthly bonus.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am–3:00 pm. Closed on Sundays; latest shift ends at 6:00 pm. Located at 12755 S Saginaw St Suite C‑2, Grand Blanc, MI 48439.
