Laser Technician - Medical Spa Esthetician
Come join a major aesthetic services company in the Medical Spa Industry with locations across the country where we believe confidence is beautiful! We use laser technology to perform laser lipo, skin tightening, laser skin resurfacing, and many other services. Some of the technologies we work with include Venus Concepts, Sofwave, Hydrafacial, and Aerolase.
About the role
Perform aesthetic treatments with state-of-the-art equipment in a team environment with the expectation of advancement. Full training is provided to grow your career and skill set in medical aesthetic services, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser-based aesthetic treatments (laser lipo, skin tightening, laser skin resurfacing, etc.)
- Work collaboratively in a busy team environment
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Learn and master new technologies and procedures
Requirements
- Esthetician License is required
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients achieve confidence goals
- Strong people skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Evening and Saturday availability required
Pay
Technicians average $24–$32 hourly, including base pay and average monthly bonus.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
