Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and understanding of developing programs, loading programs, and modifying programs on personal computers involved in the operation of highly technical equipment.
• Preventative maintenance as required.
• Work with engineers, vendor technicians, programmers, and train co-workers.
• Perform all operations required to fabricate and construct a diversified line of products to specifications by using drawings or prints.
• Handle product, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure quality of the product and safe operation.
• Operate with little supervision.

Requirements

• Highly skilled in operating and maintaining highly technical equipment.
• Ability to handle product, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Physical capability to operate machinery and tools.
• Quality awareness and safety consciousness.

Qualifications

• Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
• Experience with personal computers and technical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Benefits

• 1st shift: $25.22
  2nd shift: $28.48
  3rd shift: $28.73
• $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.
