Laser Operator - 2nd Shift
About the role
Laser operators are responsible for operating laser equipment in a manufacturing environment. They ensure that all safety protocols are followed and maintain high levels of precision in their work.
Responsibilities
- Operate laser equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform routine maintenance on laser equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Document and report any issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or a similar field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Qualifications
- Experience with laser cutting and engraving equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
