Large Loss Restoration Project Manager

About the role

SERVPRO Team Holland is hiring a Large Loss Restoration Project Manager for its franchises in central Maryland. In this role, you will respond to large loss incidents, manage restoration projects from start to finish, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a white‑glove, full‑service experience. You will be expected to act quickly, collaborate with crews and insurance partners, oversee documentation, and maintain operational readiness when not on active losses. Responsibilities

• Respond and take immediate action to ensure the customer is educated on the process, services of Team SERVPRO, and look to sell all aspects of the job.
• Own the entire experience and be onsite within 2 hours of the loss.
• Execute an immediate plan of action and be ready to get to work.
• Own the job, be present, create a plan of action for production and be prepared for either a traditional estimate or a time and material process.
• Collaborate with on‑site POC, production crews, insurance partners, and any subcontractors needed to facilitate the drying process and exceed customer expectations.
• Serve as the liaison between all divisions to serve the customer, streamline their process, and provide continual updates through the restoration process.
• Sell the best brand in the business and the only choice for all of their services.
• Own all documentation that will culminate into a thorough collection of job site documentation supporting services provided and ensuring proper client requirements and billing process.
