Responsibilities

• Manage workflow: Supervise daily print production, schedule jobs, and track project milestones from pre-press to final delivery.
• Operate equipment: Run and maintain large-format roll printers, laminators, plotters, and digital cutters.
• Handle finishing: Oversee hands-on finishing tasks including trimming, mounting, laminating, hemming, and grommeting.
• Quality control: Inspect output for color accuracy, alignment, and physical defects.
• Inventory control: Track stocks of substrates, inks, and finishing materials, coordinating reorders with suppliers.
• Lead team: Train, mentor, and supervise print operators and installation technicians.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in large-format digital printing, sign-making, or a related graphic production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and RIP software (such as ONYX, Caldera, VersaWorks, or Fiery).
• Deep familiarity with diverse substrates (vinyl, mesh, foam board, acrylic, banner fabric) and their applications.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy rolls or materials (up to 40+ lbs).
• Strong time management, problem-solving under tight deadlines, and clear communication with sales and install teams.

Pay

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
