About the role
Climb Wyoming is seeking a proactive and community-driven individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will leverage professional relationships and networking skills to support low-income single mothers in achieving self-sufficiency through career training and placement.
Responsibilities
- Leverage professional networks to connect employers with hard-working individuals.
- Engage with local workforce needs to facilitate successful job placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants to foster trust and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the Climb model's effectiveness.
- Ensure participants develop essential life skills for long-term success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Some exposure to working with low-income populations is preferred.
