Lane Attendant / Porter

About the role

Volkswagen of South Charlotte seeks a Lane Attendant / Porter to assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility
• Maintaining an orderly service parking area
• Making minor cleaning as needed
• Retrieving customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid

Requirements

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Reliable
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Professional appearance is necessary
• Valid driver’s license is required
