Service Lane Attendant

About the role

The Service Lace Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient service operation at Bergey's Lincoln-Lansdale. They are responsible for assisting customers with routine maintenance needs, scheduling appointments, and providing a professional and courteous service experience.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Schedules service appointments.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Keeps service department forms, menus, and pricing guides up-to-date.
• Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair concepts helpful but not required.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
