Landscaping Quality Control Supervisor

Location
New London Subbase, Groton, CT
Shift
Monday through Friday, 7:00pm to 3:30pm. Occasional nights and weekends required.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
- Minimum of 3-5 years of landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience performing landscaping inspections, audits, or quality assurance tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and maintenance specifications.
- Basic computer literacy (email, mobile apps, QC software, digital forms).
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid Real ID.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
- Bonus if you have industry certifications (e.g., Landscape Industry Certified, OSHA 10/30, Irrigation Technician, Pesticide Applicator License).
- Hands-on experience with turf care, planting, pruning, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple sites, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to make timely, informed decisions in the field when addressing deficiencies or safety concerns.
