Location

New London Subbase, Groton, CT

Shift

Monday through Friday, 7:00pm to 3:30pm. Occasional nights and weekends required.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Minimum of 3-5 years of landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture experience.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience performing landscaping inspections, audits, or quality assurance tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and maintenance specifications.
• Basic computer literacy (email, mobile apps, QC software, digital forms).
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid Real ID.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
• Bonus if you have industry certifications (e.g., Landscape Industry Certified, OSHA 10/30, Irrigation Technician, Pesticide Applicator License).
• Hands-on experience with turf care, planting, pruning, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple sites, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to make timely, informed decisions in the field when addressing deficiencies or safety concerns.
