Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Landscape Production Division, including project scheduling, execution, and completion of all construction and design/build projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex landscape construction projects.
- Utilize systems such as LMN to track job costing, production efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
- Manage and coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and project timelines are met.
- Oversee subcontractor services for maintenance clients including irrigation, lawn care, and plant care.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of landscape or construction project management experience within a company generating $3M+ in annual revenue.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing a production division or similar operational team.
- Strong understanding of high-end residential landscape design/build processes or similar construction environments.
- Basic knowledge of plant material and procurement terminology.
- Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractor teams simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay
Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience)
