Requirements Your Responsibilities Will Include: Diving deep into diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of large trucks like Isuzu and Ford, skid loaders, and front-end wheel loadersSpecializing in diesel engine maintenance to keep our fleet running smoothlyConducting routine inspections and performing necessary repairs on all engine typesTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel injection systemsHandling brake repairs with precisionReading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics to stay ahead of the gameKeeping accurate service records to track our successesUpholding safety regulations to ensure a secure working environmentOrganizing and maintaining a clean parts inventory roomChanging oils, hydraulic fluids, and other critical components across various equipmentAssist with small engine diagnostics and repairs when needed, especially on commercial stand-on mowers What We're Looking For: An individual with at least two (2) years of diesel and large engine mechanic experienceA technologically capable candidate who can learn different software to process purchase orders and purchase partsA detail-oriented individual who can manage time effectively and workload efficientlyStrong communication skills to collaborate and follow directions with our fantastic teamA solid understanding of landscape and snow and ice equipmentA willingness to learn and embrace training opportunitiesThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentResourcefulness and independence in your work styleExperience with mechanical and electronic diagnostic toolsKnowledge of tire repair and maintenanceA well-organized approach with a positive attitude to work well in a team-based environmentCapability to maintain a clean workspace while managing multiple tasksA self-motivated spirit that produces quality work reflecting our company's high standardsFlexibility to work overtime or weekends when necessaryWelding experience is a bonus!Physical stamina to lift heavy components and tackle challenges head-onA valid driver's license and a clean driving recordRelevant certifications, such as ASE, are preferredYou must provide your own tools Bring your passion for diesel mechanics to Level Green Landscaping, where your skills will be appreciated and your growth will be supported!
