About the Role
Responsible for maintaining stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties, including routine landscape maintenance and repairs on stormwater systems such as retention ponds, basins, drainage ditches, and other stormwater assets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance
- Perform repairs on stormwater systems (retention ponds, basins, drainage ditches, and stormwater assets)
- Tasks include mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, light construction, and equipment operation
- Travel locally and regionally to client sites, typically 10 days per month
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of manual labor or outdoor experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and materials is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Physically capable of tasks like bending, lifting, and working in various weather conditions
- Willingness to travel is essential
