Responsibilities

- Leads a small team of 2 to 4 people - Operates commercial lawn and landscaping equipment safely - Consistently meets production schedules

Requirements

- Clean driving record for crew leader positions - Ability to read and understand English - Works safely with commercial lawn and landscaping equipment - Good interpersonal skills - On-time performance - Drug-free status - Capable of lifting 50 to 75 pounds - No allergic reactions to dust and dirt - Comfortable working in various weather conditions
