Landscape Technician

About the role

The role involves performing various landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in horticulture and possess excellent physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance on all landscaping areas
• Planting and pruning trees and shrubs
• Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
• Fertilizing and watering plants
• Assisting with special projects as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of basic horticultural practices

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Experience with lawn care equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills

• Proficient in using lawn care tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
