About the role
Hancock Landscape in Louisville, KY is seeking crew members to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be punctual, pay attention to detail, communicate effectively, be a self-starter, work professionally, collaborate well in a team, understand and adhere to the brand promise, and perform various tasks such as loading tools and equipment, gathering/delivering materials, executing job plans, maintaining schedules, assisting new hires, following rules and regulations, and performing landscape and hardscape installations.
Responsibilities
- Loading tools and equipment in trucks daily
- Gathering/delivering bulk materials to job sites
- Executing job plans from job jackets
- Staying on schedule towards job completion
- Working side-by-side with fellow members/leaders to achieve daily goals
- Problem-solving
- Aiding new hires with proper working procedures
