Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, and enhancement services
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials
- Ensure projects and services are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
- Maintain high standards of quality across every property and project
- Track key operational metrics and KPIs
- Improve labor efficiency and profitability
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Build scalable systems that support future company growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of landscape industry experience
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of: Commercial landscape maintenance, Landscape construction, Irrigation systems, Landscape enhancements, Plant identification and horticulture
- Experience managing labor productivity, scheduling, and job costing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
