Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns and turf areas on a scheduled route
- Maintain landscape beds: weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
- Prune shrubs, ornamental trees, and ground cover as needed
- Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
- Perform seasonal services: spring/fall cleanups, snow removal support
- Identify and report property issues, irrigation problems, or pest/disease concerns to your supervisor
- Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in working order; report maintenance needs promptly
- Represent Property Prep professionally on-site at all times
Qualifications
- Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred; motivated entry-level candidates will be considered
- Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to report to a designated staging location
- Ability to work independently and manage time across a multi-stop route
- Basic communication skills for reporting to supervisors and interacting with clients
