Landscape Maintenance Sales Rep

About the role

Terra Tec Landscapes, Inc. is a progressive award-winning landscape contracting company based in Richfield, Wisconsin. We specialize in designing landscapes for both residential and commercial spaces within southeastern Wisconsin, and occasionally beyond.

Responsibilities

• Can sell new residential and commercial landscape maintenance projects
• Manages projects requiring detailed care of tree, shrub, perennial plantings, and turf areas
• Manages project timelines to foster a competitive attitude and deliver high-quality projects to property owners/managers
• Develops long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• One or more years of experience
• Experience in measuring, estimating, costing, and implementing projects
• Knowledge of tree, shrub, turf, and perennial plantings
• Understanding of plant care

Qualifications

• Experienced in landscape maintenance and care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in horticulture and landscape management

Skills

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and equipment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
