Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

About the Role

Pacific Facility Solutions of Bellingham, WA is looking to hire a full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our commercial team and assist customers with grounds maintenance, irrigation maintenance and repair, and equipment maintenance. We are searching for both Crew Leads and Crew Members to help grow our commercial facility maintenance company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas and overall property cleanliness for commercial customers
• Mow, weed eat, edge, prune, weed, and rake
• Safely and effectively operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, and other gas-powered equipment
• Clean up and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Hand water plants when needed
• Adjust and repair sprinkler systems
• Take on assignments from the Foreperson, Manager, Director of Property Operations, and/or the General Manager

Qualifications

• Effective time management skills
• Reliable, task-oriented, and productive
• Have dependable transportation
• Current driver's license with clean driving record for Crew Lead position
• Current WA state pesticide license is a plus
• Irrigation repair/adjustment experience preferred
• Friendly and service-oriented
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Takes pride in work
• Respectful of others and their personal property
• Presents themselves professionally

Pay

$20-$27/hour, depending on experience, with an increase in pay for pest license.
