Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

About the role

C.J. McCarthy Landscape is a full-service landscape construction, masonry, and property maintenance company based in Cohasset, MA. We are seeking career-focused individuals to join our growing maintenance crews.

Responsibilities

- Property maintenance experience including spring and fall cleanups, lawn mowing, and other maintenance tasks such as trimming, pruning, weeding, edging, mulching, operating a leaf vacuum, and fall pruning and trimming. - For spring cleanups: daily work involving weeding, edging, and mulching. - For fall cleanups: daily work involving operating a leaf vacuum and other leaf removal equipment, as well as fall pruning and trimming. - For lawn mowing: experience operating commercial-grade lawn mowers, weed whackers, backpack blowers with routine maintenance (changing blades, filters, greasing, etc.).

Requirements

- Experience driving medium-duty dump trucks and trailers. - Commercial driver's license (CDL) required.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid Massachusetts driver’s license. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Must pass a background check.

- Strong physical fitness. - Excellent communication skills. - Detail-oriented.

Pay

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
