Responsibilities
- Perform the general lawn maintenance tasks (mowing turf and natural grass/areas, weed whacking, driveway drags/raking) of client properties
- Aid with various other landscape maintenance tasks and landscape enhancement projects including but not limited to: gutters, beds, patios, docks, digging trenches, removals, pruning and planting of small trees and shrubs, storm cleanups as needed
- Prepare, load, and unload trucks for the day's tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of trucks, trailers, and other equipment
- Ensure all time entries at job sites are submitted accurately and timely on our mobile software device
- Operate equipment safely, using all necessary personal protection gear and safety practices
- Maintain courteousness and professionalism on and off the job site
- Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required
- Drive a truck with a trailer safely (for driving eligible candidates)
- Support in snow removal operations seasonally
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance (preferred)
- Willing to train the right individual(s)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of various landscape equipment and materials (i.e. bark blowers, walker mowers, backpack blowers, wheel barrows etc.)
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License

Pay
The salary for this position ranges from $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday-Friday
Weekends as needed during peak season
License and Experience Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Hoisting License (not required but a plus!)
- US work authorization (required)
