Join Groundhog Landscaping as a full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Member in Derry, NH. This hands-on role offers year-round stability, modern equipment, and a team that values your craft. You’ll maintain and improve landscapes, working with professional-grade tools to ensure properties look their best.
Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Responsibilities
- Meet with your crew to review daily plans before heading to job sites.
- Operate professional-grade equipment to cut grass, pull weeds, and complete seasonal clean-ups.
- Work safely and efficiently with your team to transform and maintain landscapes.
- Ensure properties remain healthy, polished, and visually appealing.
Requirements
- Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
Pay
$18–$22 per hour, with guaranteed pay during the winter for year-round stability.
