Landscape Laborer II

Job Summary

15 positions available with Landscapes Unlimited, LLC in Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas. Temporary full-time positions from September 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and builds greens, tees, and bunkers on golf courses.
• Installs irrigation system components, glues/fuses connections and tie-ins.
• Installs irrigation lines, wire, and heads using mechanized equipment.
• Digs holes and trenches, utilizing hand tools to install drainage and tie-ins.
• Spreads and lays materials such as grass seed, sod, greens mix, gravel, and sand.
• Operates mechanized equipment to move and install materials.
• Installs golf course irrigation components, including drainage, lateral piping to sprinklers, and mainline supply piping.
• Works in trenches reaching depths of 26 in. to 44 in. and widths of 8 in. to 18 in. at their largest points.

Requirements

• Three months of experience in golf course construction, landscape installation/maintenance, or related construction trades involving site preparation, grading, drainage, or structural installation.
• Three months experience operating any one of the following: tractor, skid loader, plows/trencher.

• Transportation (including meals, and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed by company check if the worker completes half the employment period.

• The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
• Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
• LU will reimburse workers for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees and charges primarily for the worker's benefit).
• LU will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
