Landscape Work
- Topsoil installation and rough/final grading
- Plant, tree, and shrub installation
- Build/assist with retaining walls and fencing
- Execute landscape layouts and project plans
- Operate equipment (skid steers, bobcats, mini excavators – preferred)
General Labor
- Site prep, digging, grading, and cleanup
- Load/unload and stage materials
- Support crew to keep projects on schedule
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols
- Pick up materials as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 season of Alaska landscaping experience (required)
- Experience in one or more:
- Grading / topsoil
- Planting
- Hardscape / retaining walls
- Fencing
- Equipment experience for foreman in a Bobcat, Mini Excavator, Hydroseeded
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- CDL is a major plus
