About the role

As a Landscape Supervisor, you will oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the delivery of outstanding outdoor spaces. This role is vital to our mission of excellence and involves leading a team to create beautiful landscapes that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscaping teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities for landscape maintenance and installation projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to guarantee compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques and best practices.
• Manage inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring availability for projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Implement sustainable landscaping practices that align with company values.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape supervision or management roles within the landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• At least 1 year of landscaping experience.
• North Carolina Driver’s License.
• Ability to commute to Kernersville, NC 27284.

Pay

$21.00–$30.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round work.
• 40–50 hours per week with overtime.
