Landscape Install & Maintenance - Multiple positions open

Responsibilities

• Work with crew members to load trucks and prepare equipment/materials for the day
• Drive truck and trailer to jobsites safely transporting crew, equipment, and supplies
• Perform commercial landscape maintenance and installation work
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow instructions from foremen and crew leaders while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Read and understand job scopes and complete work with attention to detail
• Assist with mowing, weed eating, blowing, pruning, mulching, planting, grading, sod installation, drainage, irrigation, and other landscape tasks as needed
• Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, and jobsites
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience preferred
• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscape installation, or commercial landscaping
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and reliability required
• Leadership experience is a plus for Crew Leader positions
• Driver’s license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
