Landscape Installer

About the role

Ryan Lawn & Tree is a $100M+ professional Lawn & Landscape company serving customers across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. We are expanding our landscape team and are looking for a Landscape Installer.

Responsibilities

• Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
• Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service
• Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions

Requirements

• Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus
• Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program)
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical

Qualifications

• Safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment
• Pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable)

• Full time year around employment with a starting compensation of $43,000+ depending on experience with bonuses available
