- Safely operate landscape equipment and tools
- Work collaboratively with crew leaders and team members
- Perform assigned tasks with quality and attention to detail
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on job sites
- Learn and develop landscaping skills using company software and systems
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Landscaping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of landscape equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers is a plus
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Candidates must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- This role works primarily outdoors and includes exposure to:
- Heat, cold, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions
- Loud equipment and machinery
- Dust, pollen, fertilizers, and other landscape-related materials
- Uneven terrain, wet surfaces, and moving mechanical equipment
- Bees, insects, and other outdoor environmental conditions
- This role works primarily outdoors and includes exposure to:
