    • General Responsibilities

      • Safely operate landscape equipment and tools
      • Work collaboratively with crew leaders and team members
      • Perform assigned tasks with quality and attention to detail
      • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on job sites
      • Learn and develop landscaping skills using company software and systems
      • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

      Ideal Qualifications & Skills

      • Landscaping experience preferred, but not required
      • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
      • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
      • Team-oriented mindset
      • Knowledge of landscape equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers is a plus
      • Able to perform physically demanding work

      Physical Demands

      • This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
      • Candidates must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
      • This role works primarily outdoors and includes exposure to:
        • Heat, cold, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions
        • Loud equipment and machinery
        • Dust, pollen, fertilizers, and other landscape-related materials
        • Uneven terrain, wet surfaces, and moving mechanical equipment
        • Bees, insects, and other outdoor environmental conditions
