What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members on residential and commercial job sites
- Install hardscape elements including pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, and edging
- Read and execute plans, blueprints, and work orders
- Manage materials, equipment, and daily production goals
- Communicate with Project Managers and clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain safety standards and quality control on every project
- Document job progress and manage change orders
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hardscape or similar field experience
- Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job site operations
- Proficient with excavators, skid steers, tampers, saws, and hand tools
- Able to read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in all conditions
- Safety-conscious with the ability to identify and address hazards
- Valid Driver's License required | MNDOT Medical Card required prior to hire

We're hiring a Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew installing high-quality residential and commercial projects across the region.

Pay
$26–$38/hr after 30-day apprenticeship + overtime at 1.5x after 40 hrs
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 10-12 hour day shifts | Friday team meetings as scheduled | Overtime regularly available
