Landscape Foreman
About the role
The Pattie Group is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead a team in completing various landscape maintenance accounts and projects. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and teach others.
Responsibilities
- Eagerly motivate and lead 2-4 team members in the completion of elite, high-end residential accounts in all aspects of the landscape management profession.
- Effectively and tactfully manage lawn maintenance, fertilizer applications, proper planting techniques, horticultural pruning, spring and fall cleanups, and snow removal.
- Communicate and interact with clients and co-workers.
- Collaborate with subcontractors.
Requirements
- Significant experience in landscaping industry including plant knowledge and planting techniques.
- Experience with lawn maintenance, fertilizer application, and horticultural pruning.
- Experience with spring and fall cleanups and snow and ice removal and management.
- Effective client communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional experience a plus).

Pay
We are offering a sign-on bonus based on experience.
Schedule
Hours: 45-50 hours per week in peak season Monday through Friday, some Saturdays.
