Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew (2 to 3 people) in completing efficient outdoor projects, meeting quality expectations, and following all safety policies
• Direct crew members and perform hands-on responsibilities during planting installations, lawn installations, small hardscape projects, and general landscaping maintenance jobs
• Properly operate and maintain equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, etc.)
• Prepare and submit paperwork
• Professionally communicate with customers and team members

Requirements

• Ability to manage crews and perform hands-on landscaping tasks
• Ability to lead your team in completing high-quality work while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in operating landscaping tools like skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, chainsaws, sod cutters, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to following all safety protocols on the job site
• Willingness to work occasional Saturday shifts during the busy season

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00/hour, with a guaranteed salary during the winter months for qualified applicants.

Schedule

6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible start and end times based on weather conditions and job requirements.
