Responsibilities
- Met with clients to design projects and sell installation projects
- Maintains collections and client relations
- Prepares site plans, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction projects
- Visits construction sites to ensure client's vision is implemented
- Responsible for all client relations prior, during, and after the design build process
- Generates plans in CAD and generates 3D models
- Create submittals for estimating and production
- Create and process change orders
- Aid with project close-out
- Create construction details and dimensioning
- Respond to sales inquiries and requests by phone, electronically, or in person
- Track and analyze sales
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities
- Research materials and techniques as required
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, builders, sub-contractors, vendors, and coworkers promptly and courteously
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape design or landscape architecture
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in residential landscape construction and design
- One year of Sketchup or other 3D modeling software experience
- Three years of AutoCAD experience
- Experience with sprinkler and landscape lighting design preferred
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Able and willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening & Background Check
Skills
- Estimating and job costing experience
- Horticulture background preferred

Pay
$75k to $150k including commission, depending on education and experience.
Schedule
Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Weekends may be needed to satisfy the workload.
