Landscape Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 0–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Design Development and Construction Document preparation.
• Familiarity with grading principles and basic site design concepts.
• Excellent written, graphic, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, LAND F/X, and SketchUp.
• Strong digital visualization and freehand graphic skills.
• High level of professionalism and strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs, and support the preparation of Design Development and Construction Document packages.
• Produce digital graphics, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to integrate landscape elements into multidisciplinary projects.
• Participate in field work, including site visits, inventory, measurements, photography, and documentation to support design development, including grading observation and support.
• Conduct research on materials, planting, sustainability strategies, and design precedents.
