Wage: $19.50 an hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Mechanicsburg Home & Garden Store.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers in selecting and maintaining plants.
• Merchandise products and services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Meet with potential customers (in-store or on-site) to assess landscaping needs and produce designs to customer specifications.
• Process sales orders, coordinate delivery or pickup of materials, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide designs, materials lists, and cost estimates to customers in a timely manner.
• Perform all necessary tasks to ensure smooth operation of the division.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAD experience preferred.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.
