Landscape Designer
About the role
This is a dedicated design position responsible for leading the creative process for residential and commercial projects—ranging from small enhancements to full-scale property transformations. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to translate goals, budgets, and site conditions into thoughtful and visually compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original landscape design concepts and construction documents for residential and commercial clients
- Produce complete design packages, including renderings, planting plans, and construction details
- Conduct site analysis, including measurements, photos, and identifying opportunities/constraints
- Attend client meetings to understand preferences and project vision
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align designs with client goals and budgets
- Coverge with production managers to ensure design intent is maintained during installation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plants, materials, and design trends
- Organize and manage design files, site photos, and project documentation
