About the role
Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Designer to join our Landscape Architect team in our Des Moines office.
Responsibilities
- Captures workload responsibilities with senior staff
- Produces project-related graphics, construction documents and project deliverables, as directed
- Develops meeting materials for Public Meetings and Open House events
- May travel periodically to assist with project task assistance
- Maintains confidentiality of company and client related information
- Works under supervision of senior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in landscape architecture from an accredited institution
- Two (2) years professional experience related to land/site development
- AutoCAD Civil 3D and Land F/X experience
- Knowledge of technical software such Adobe Creative Cloud and SketchUp required
- Working knowledge of site-related design
- Experience in land/site development required
Qualifications
- Able to apply landscape architecture concepts to problem solving involving site design issues
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Skills
- Knowledge of technical software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Land F/X
- Adobe Creative Cloud and SketchUp experience
- Experience in land/site development
- Ability to apply landscape architecture concepts to problem solving involving site design issues
- Ability to work well in a team environment
