Landscape Design/Sales Specialist

About the role

Alderwood Landscaping, a premier design-build landscape architecture firm in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a top-performing Design/Sales Specialist to join our Bellevue team. With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in transforming properties into stunning, resort-style outdoor living environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads
• Sell Alderwood's signature Backyard Resort Living® projects ranging from $75K–$500K+
• Guide clients from initial consultation through final contract
• Manage your pipeline, appointments, and communications using our CRM
• Collaborate with in-house designers and project managers
• Deliver a seamless, luxury sales experience

Requirements

• Proven success in landscape design & construction sales
• Proven track record of closing $2M+ in annual sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy
• Client-first attitude and polished communication
• Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
• Landscape Architecture license is a huge plus
