Landscape Crew Member

About the role

We are seeking a Mow Team Crew Member to join Back to Nature Home as part of our family of family companies. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on maintaining turf areas and overall property appearance across high-end residential landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine turf maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Operate commercial mowing equipment (walk-behind, stand-on, and/or ride-on mowers)
• Ensure clean, sharp lines and a polished finish on all properties
• Follow assigned routes and complete properties efficiently and on schedule
• Assist with basic landscape upkeep such as debris removal and light bed maintenance
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain clean and organized trucks and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Represent the company professionally while on client properties

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in lawn maintenance or landscape maintenance preferred
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is a plus (if applicable)
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay

The position range is $20/HR - $25/HR.
