Landscape Crew Member

About the role

Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company serving residential, HOA, and commercial properties across the city. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Member who wants to be part of a team that does quality work and takes the job seriously.

What you'll do

• Work alongside a lead and crew to complete daily maintenance routes on schedule and to quality standards
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general property cleanup
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct when on client properties
• Follow safety protocols and proper equipment use at all times
• Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition
• Communicate openly with your lead and support the team through the day

What we're looking for

• A valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
• At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or a similar outdoor labor role
• Ability to operate standard maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Familiarity with Pacific Northwest plants and seasonal conditions is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to take direction and work as part of a team

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
