Landscape Construction Project Supervisor

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Supervise day-to-day operations on assigned landscape construction and installation projects
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly maintained and used in proper manner per Greenery and industry standards
• Absorb and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and specifications to guide implementation
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; report progress to Project Managers
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets design standards and client satisfaction
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve problems to avoid project delays
• Maintain detailed records of job progress, incidents, and daily reports
• Enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards on-site

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, grading, etc.)
• Knowledge of local plant materials and horticulture best practices is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver’s license a CDL is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or a related supervisory role
• Previous outside construction, landscape, or similar field experience

Skills
