Landscape Laborer (Commercial Installation) Assist a commercial landscape installation team in building high-profile outdoor spaces for HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties. Duties include installing turf, plants, trees, mulch, hardscapes, and irrigation, preparing job sites, and supporting crew leads to complete projects safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain landscape materials including turf, plants, mulch, and hardscape featuresAssist with irrigation installation and basic maintenance tasksPrepare sites and support safe, accurate workmanshipRead and follow basic plans/diagrams and crew instructionsUse modern outdoor equipment and learn proper operating practicesMaintain a safety-first approach and contribute to a team-focused work environment Qualifications & Skills Comfort working outdoors and performing physical laborAbility to follow instructions and learn hands-on construction and horticulture tasksBasic understanding of plans/diagrams (or willingness to learn)Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
