Landscape Design Assistant

About the role

Crescent Moon Landscaping seeks a designer to assist the lead designer in creating landscape plans. The ideal candidate will have an eye for details and proven success in landscape design.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales manager to create beautiful designs for customers
• Continue to improve and build on the design processes based on the needs of the sales manager and project managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years proven experience in a design position
• Excellent ability to communicate with vendors, sales manager, project managers, other staff and especially customers
• Knowledge of general software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and design software
• Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and project management software programs
• Basic IT skills, including setting up files on basic in-house network

Benefits

• $45 - $55,000 annual salary
