About the Role

Join our landscape installation team and help bring beautiful landscape designs to life. As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you will create stunning residential and commercial outdoor environments by installing various hardscape and softscape features.

Responsibilities

• Install retaining walls
• Build paver patios and walkways
• Create outdoor living spaces
• Plant landscape plantings and trees
• Perform grading and site preparation
• Install sod and seed
• Set up landscape lighting
• Install hardscape and softscape features

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Landscape construction experience
• Hardscape installation experience
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and compact equipment
• Ability to read landscape plans and blueprints
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
