Responsibilities
- Project management through all project phases, with support and guidance
- Landscape Architectural design through all project phases
- Mentoring staff
- Redline reviews of project deliverables
- Community engagement meetings
- Client presentations
- Collaboration with engineers and transportation planners
- Researching and responding to Requests for Proposals and other marketing/business development pursuits
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience as a Landscape Architect and Project Manager
- Experience with project management through all project phases ranging from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation and administration
- Experience with construction administration
- Solid technical expertise and advice, development of details, leading design efforts
- Ability to provide redline reviews of design drawings at all stages of design
- Experience mentoring younger staff
- Experience with technical specifications and providing input on construction budget estimates
- Fluency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite programs, and Rhino
- Experience assisting with document production
